Murray v GV Suns deferred to 1 Sept
Our 11 August round against Murray has been rescheduled to Saturday 1 September which means our juniors and seniors will play Murray at Albury on the same day.
SAP Update
Gala day 18 August @ Darebin
FFV is yet to provide further details for the SAP gala day scheduled for Saturday 18 August. Thank you for your patience and we will forward on further information as soon as it becomes available.
Murray United Gala Day postponed to 22 September
The Murray United SAP gala day scheduled for 11 August will be deferred to Saturday 22 September. This date is the first week of the school holidays so please confirm your availability with your coach.
SAP teams entered in AFS Tournament
We are waiting on confirmation for entry of two SAP teams - U9 and U11 - in the AFS Tournament (more details below and in last week's newsletter). Please see Jacqui Stojanovski at training for an enrolment form and to arrange payment of the $50 entry fee.
Season 2018 Presentation Night - Saturday 8 Sept
 Our 2018 season presentation night is scheduled for Saturday 8 September to coincide with our Seniors home game.
Our juniors will play away at Langwarrin the next day so the event will begin at 5 pm immediately following the end of the Seniors game.
Further details will follow and tickets must be purchased in advance.
AFS Tournament (U7 - U17) - 26-28 October
We encourage all our age groups to enter a team if they want and you are welcome to include non-GV Suns players. The tournament can be a great way to introduce potential players and to recognise the amazing development we see each year in each age group.
Please talk with your team manager if you want to enter a team - GV Suns may be able to assist with playing kits. http://footballskool.com.au Registrations close 26 September and some age groups are already filled.
